TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE
I will assist the buyer for up to 20 hours in order to help transfer the site and domain names to them, and to teach them how to use the (simple) administrative interface to add, modify and delete reviews. No technical assistance will be available beyond this initial period, which should be ample to re-establish the site at its new hosting location and train the buyer to update it effectively.

HOSTING
I will host the site for up to 90 days following the closure of the sale, to give the buyer sufficient time to locate suitable 3rd party hosting (I can provide advice on choosing a hosting service)
